How to sign up and purchase your classes/packages

Get started by creating an account with your email address and password. Create your online profile and provide your credit card information before your first session to reserve your spot. Simply click “Book Classes” to use the MindBody 24/7 scheduling system. After that, you can purchase sessions under the “Purchase” tab and schedule your classes under the “Sign Up” tab. If you have any questions, click “Contact” for studio information. You must purchase sessions BEFORE you can reserve a spot in one of our classes. We accept all major credit cards.

Reserve your spot

You are responsible for booking your own schedule through our online scheduling system. You must have created an account, so you can reserve your sessions through our live schedule. That schedule will tell you who’s teaching, at what time, and what kind of class it is. Classes can be booked up to 30 days in advance.

Waitlist

Even if a class is full, jump on the waitlist. When someone in the class cancels their reservation, you will be automatically added to and confirmed for the class. You will receive a wait list notification email and/or text letting you know that you’ve gotten in. You must cancel if you decide you don’t want the spot to avoid fees.

The waitlist shuts off 8 hours before the class begins. You will NOT be automatically added to the class after that 9 hour point before the class.

Cancellation Policy & Fees

Due to a limited number of spaces available in each class, a “Late Cancel” fee of $15 will be charged to your account if you cancel within 8 hours of the scheduled class time. A “No Show” fee of $25 will be charged to your account if you are signed up for a class and do not attend.

Parking

There are plenty of metered parking spots right in front and around the Studio. There is free street parking in the surrounding neighborhood on the Avenues.

Please Be on Time

Arriving late can be distracting. Please give yourself plenty of time to park and be ready to take this time for you.

Cellphone Policy

We understand that you may need to have your phone with you, however, we would appreciate it if you could leave your cell phone in the cubby. If you need to take a call or keep your cell with you, just keep it on silent/vibrate mode out of respect for others.

Lost and Found

Our policy is to keep lost and found items for 30 days. If items are not claimed, then we will donate to Goodwill.

How to Contact Us

When classes or workshops are going on, it can be hard to hear the phone or answer it (especially if the music is playing). If you need to reach us immediately, please leave us a voicemail or send us an email, and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
